OUR SCHOOL CHILDREN AT RISK!
100 yellow buses from all over Israel will assemble opposite
the Prime Ministers Office on MONDAY AUGUST 29th at 11 am.
METUNA - the organization for road safety together with
OR YAROK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF AREA
COUNCILS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS,
BETEREM, ANASHIM Be ADOM, NATIONAL HAULIERS
ASSOCIATION, NOA organisation for a long school day,
parents and public officials will demand that the government of
Israel, her Ministers of Transport, Education and Finance
take responsibility and implement the regulations and provide
the budget to ensure school children's safety on school
buses as follows:
1. To provide easily identifiable buses in good condition.
2. To implement regulations for two children per seat,
seat belts and a supervising adult on every bus.
3. To supply professional drivers with experience of
transporting children.
4. To observe all safety regulations and laws pertaining to
transport of children.
SAFE TRANSPORT FOR OUR KIDS TO SCHOOL IS AN OBLIGATION!
