[etni] Re: split right down the middle - the ETNI poll

this is exactly why I did not vote on this particular poll.There is ,as
Michele says a huge gap between the ideal situation and the way this would
actually turn out.Of course in the ideal world we would like people to be
paid according to their performance and their successes.But we all know that
it would not work that way. The teachers who were on the right side of their
bosses would get a boost and anyone who was "less popular" would not. I hate
to think how things would look in such a system.
