[etni] technical Bagrut question

Are there teachers who get paid extra (substitute hours - milui makom) for
the hours they spend at school during the Bagrut? Does it make a difference
if it's a work-day or your day off?
I recently heard a rumor to that effect and I'm curious to know if it's
true.
