[etni] the new agreement

I'm sure everyone saw the news, but just to recap, since there are many
questions for some reasons (people not brushing up on their Hebrew...?:) :
The signing was on a basic "road map", it will take a long while to
implement anything and it will probably change. In any case, nothing is
being implemented next year, and as the news caster said: "don't hold your
breath".
The basic principles speak of a 50% increase in pay, matching over 40 hours
of work each week, of which 24 are frontal, 6 are one-on-one and 10 for
meetings, exam-checking, preparation, etc.
