[etni] time clock?

Are we, as members of the Irgun Hamorim supposed to be signing in and
out of the time clock? Last I heard, we are not, according to directions
from our union.
Personally I find it demeaning, insulting and petty. Does this mean that
I am only reimbursed for the hours I put in at school and NOTHING else,
never mind all the preparation time, evaluating, planning, preparing
materials, and now all of the pre-report card grading?
