[etni] toefl - with accommodations

Can anybody give me the benefit of their experience? I have a post-grad
student ( BA degree from Bezalel ) who wants to do an MA in the States. She
is diagnosed as disgraphic and was given accommodations in English reading
and writing during her studies. How does it work with toefl? For example,
could she do a paper reading test instead of the online one? Could she have
extra time? She is fine as regards speaking and listening skills..
