[etni] translation course in the rehovot - ashkelon area?

Does anyone know if there is a course for training to teach translation in
the area between rehovot and ashkelon?
I know ORT has a course in Tel Aviv, but I would rather not have to go that
far.
I heard Achva might be having a course - this year? or next?
Any place else?
