[etni] two ETNI site servers

Hi all,
This is to remind you that the ETNI site can be found on two different servers
- one in Israel and one in the U.S.A.
If you have a problem getting into the -
http://www.etni.org.il
address (Israeli server) - because of power blackouts, etc., on this side ....
you should have no problem getting into the -
http://www.etni.org
address (U.S.A. server) which doesn't suffer such problems.
