[etni] where to buy textbooks for English speakers?

A small (the first!) class of 4th-5th grade English speakers has opened at
the elementary school in our yishuv and I've been asked to assess the
students and advise on textbook selection (their teacher is a father who is
volunteering). But since I've never actually taught English speakers here in
Israel, I have no idea where to get textbooks. Ordering from the US is an
option, but we'd rather buy here if possible. Any suggestions??
