[etni] working in more than 1 school

In response to David's posting I wish to point out that it isn't only men
teachers who work in more than one school. I myself worked in 3 jobs last year.
I know many young women teachers as well as older women who work in 2 schools
as well as for non-school programmes teaching English - not private lessons.
Many of us also take summer vacation teaching jobs, not to pass the time I
assure you!
For some of them the problem is that their principals don't want to give full
time hours to one teacher. While for others it's because their school does not
have enough hours to make them up to a misra. Then of course there are those
who take more hours in order to earn more because as a family they just don't
earn enough to make ends meet.
So please don't make it a male-female issue.
Teachers don't get paid enough!
