Dear friends,
Kerala Social Forum happening at Thrissur in this December. It is the
State level event before World Social forum. Free Software Foundation is
decided to participate in World Social Forum 2004 held at mumbai.

according to the charter of principles social forums are
" ... an open meeting place for reflective thinking, democratic debate of
ideas, formulation of proposals, free exchange of experiences and inter-linking
for effective action, by groups and movements of civil society that are opposed
to neo- liberalism and to domination of the world by capital and any form of
imperialism, and are committed to building a society centred on the human
person".

stallman is visited in asian social forum held at hyderabaad.
the kerala Social forum process is facing the problem of hijacking from the
left parties. but as being who is egar about the freedom of the each and every
activities from a particular group or organization can?t avoid the situation
which is need for action . the present condition is that the KSSP ,whom they
are working for left are ready to share the space in the democratic manner .
but we should be vigil about our space . if we are not using our space it will
go to their account . so we should participate actively to protect our space
for pluralism and democratic processes of the noble concept of swathantra
I think we must participate in the kerala social forum.We can conduct
seminars, work shops, open forums and exhibitions there.they will provide the
space. This is a good opportunity to an active participation and widen our Free
Software politics to the common people
