Hello Mary, this will happen from time to time, when a four square server
goes off-line or is overloaded and we don't get a response in a timely
manor. Just try again later and it should work.

One thing you might want to try is check on your iPhone is that located
under settings - general make sure that your cellular data is turned on.

I just had a really interesting happen with the 4 square service in the
Seeing Eye GPS. I was looking to make a route to a nearby supermarket and 4
square came back with the message "No poi in 50 miles."
I went HuH? Well, of course, I switched the poi source to navtec and got my
poi I wanted right away.
I am really intrigued with 4 square because on the iPad mini at least the
shop "Knit happens" has now evolved in to "Wag 'n Wash," which is its proper
name, and the Old Sunflower Farmers Market changed its name a year ago to
Sprouts Farmers market and with the 4 square the new names are showing up.
On the iPhone I'm having a problem with location information so this no pois
in 50 miles comes up but on navteck I have no problems.
I did go into the iPhone settings and location information is turned on so,
I have no idea what is going on.
