Ok! Now, do those user pdt things get put on the windows machine from the pois in the user poi file? I didn't put any pois on the computer.

So I have no idea where to look for this.
Thanks.

Hi Mary Ellen,

Did you then copy the new files which got created from your windows machine to your BrailleNote and put them in your maps folder?

for the POIs you will need to copy user.pdb from your windows machine to /compact flash/maps for the routes you will need to copy *.rte from your windows machine to anywhere you want all your routes to be recorded either flash disk, or a routes directory. You can put your routes under your maps folder if you wish as well its up to you as you are prompted where to load your routes from inside the GPS program.

Hope this helps
Charles.

Hi!
Used the converter with no problem and my poi's aren't showing up. Could this be due to the fact that I didn't write in a directory? I am just a bit confused as to what to put in that field so any help would be appreciated. I am going to take this out with me in a few minutes so will let you folks know how well this does.
Thanks.
