[gps-talkusers] Apple's approval process for an app

I am actually pleasantly surprised how fast Apple has been. They have an
option now to request expedited approval. You need to have extenuating
circumstances. When we released to them in July, the app was in the store in
less than 24 hours because we told them we needed it out for the summer
shows.
This Monday, we didn't have a reason to expedite and it still only took less
than 48 hours.
For 1.1.1, we had a reason to expedite because the incorrect version was
approved. Cross our fingers that it is like the first time and hits the app
store within 24 hours.
Sorry for the trouble. Good thing we kept this under our hats.
