Hello Anisio,
I have investigated this and the error message is a little misleading and
will be changed in a future update, but either your starting location or
your destination was not found on the map. How did you set your Home (By
address, contacts, or current location)?
I suggest trying to set it by current location. If you set it by address,
you need to make sure it has the address # street name, city, state. If
that doesn't work then best to use by current location when you are outside
your home. It could also mean that your address is not currently in there
map. This could happen if you live in a newly developed street for example.
You could also try creating a route to an Address (then type in your home
address here and see if it is able to create the route this way, and use
that information to see if the system can create a route to your home
address. It may have a different way of representing your home. If it
finds multiple matches for your address it may bring up a list of options
for you to choose from, use this information when setting your home address.
We already have a request to use the same address lookup dialog instead of
just a free form address dialog which could help in this situation.

Dear Listers,
I tried to send this question to the list earlier, but it probably didn't go
through, since I haven't received any responses.
When I try create a route to home, after selecting the route type, I get the
following message:
warning! please enter places. Okay.
What does this mean? I have established my home address as home in settings
already.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
