[gps-talkusers] Downloading poi content

Hi all,
Now that I have maps for Europe and North America, I was thinking of
downloading the user pois for those maps.
However, I see in the list of pois, there is a file called america's extra pois
and 1 called USA extra pois.
Just wondering what the difference is between these 2 files? Is america's extra
pois both pois for north and south america? I'm assuming USA pois is USA
specific?
