[gps-talkusers] Everyone has 1.0 and will have 1.0 until the problem is corrected by Apple.

I'm changing the subject to reflect the fact that everyone has 1.0 and
will have 1.0 until the problem is corrected.  

The app needs to go through apples approval process again before the
correct update will get into users hands.
