Yes, from what I've heard, wayfinder will run on the series 60 nokias.

No, Tom Tom is not at all accessible. The only commercial product which is half accessible is Wayfinder. It has no where am I functions but you can use the menus and waypoint listings, just no map information.
Bethk, your choices are Trekker, BrailleNote GPS from Sendero and StreetTalk with the Pac Mate.
