Hi Mike and all

I'd be happy to help with setting things up. Some of you may recall
that I wanted to organize something earlier this year, but got side
tracked with a house move that got postponed a few times. Things are
more settled now, so I'm free to help out.

Of course, my preference would be for London, with the 21st, which
falls on a Sunday, being the better date due to work commitments. Let
me know what you think.

all the best
Laurent
