Because during different times of the year the time offset changes. (not sure if you're in a region that recognizes DST) Obviously, his isn't changing correctly or automatically like it should.

I am just wondering why it matters? I guess I don't understand why you wouldn't just go bye your time zone.

won't
Synchronize the satellite time correctly with the time zone dst.
I like to update the time with the satellite time and it's not
currently
Synchronizing correctly.
