Hi yall,
I figured out a simple work around. Just before you update the time
with the GPS do the following. First go and turn off the daylight savings.
Next go into the gps and update the time. Finally go back into the time
setting and re check or say yes to daylight savings. This will now make
your time correct. Later
Scott

Hi Claude,
I am somewhat surprised that this is occurring, I know Rob during the
last Keysoft release put in some fixes to address this very issue,
but who knows. The main problem is the US congress's change to when
Daylight savings occurs here in the USA and Canada. I am thinking
that after the "normal" day for daylight savings has passed this
issue would resolve itself (but for that 2-3 week period the time
would be off by an hour).

Sorry about this folks, not much I can do, I tell Keysoft what the
GMT time is from the GPS receiver and it is up to the BrailleNote to
set its internal clock correctly. I guess I would make sure you have
the latest version of Keysoft, and if you do and its still happening
then I am at a loss, I guess try again in a few days when the
originally scheduled DLS is soposto kick in (not sure exactly what
day that would be) and that hopefully will resolve this issue.

Charles.
