Hi James,
I don't have the same phone as you, but am not seeing your problem. The
first two things I would check is be sure that both Mobile Geo and Mobile
Speak are both installed to your memory card, not the phone. If they are
both installed to the phone, you will not have much memory left for the
phone to use as ram.
