I'd have to look on my work computer but have you tried contacting the MTA?
They used to have a series of tactile maps and other info. Not sure if Grand
Central was among those maps, but it's worth asking about.
Has anyone played with the tactile kiosque in Penn station? I haven't had a
chance yet as I never manage to get into the city when I'm in the area for
work.
