When you say download the map with Apex over night how is this going to get
unzip.exe into my system on the PC?

The same applies to how will Firefox get this file?

Thank you,

Subject: [gps-talkusers] Help with Missing File

Good morning, I will explain the problem and then what has been attempted
to correct the issue.
On my PC I have the Sendero PC GPS which has been working very well, I
have taken the SD card out of my APEX, put it into the slot which then
tells me I can open the card to view the contents. Back to the PC GPS and I
hit F5 and upload and update all poi's which then upload then the USA.zip
file downloads. The problem occurs now when attempting to unzip the file
"unzip.exe", Windows cannot find this file. The path is given as;
C:\windows system32 bin unzip.exe I'm quite sure that's it.

I then looked for the file then uninstalled PC GPS rebooted then installed
it from scratch. No change. I called Humanware being informed that this
was a Windows problem and to call Microsoft Accessibility department which I
did earlier.
The person there tried for over 2 hours to fix the problem, but he
couldn't because he doesn't know where the unzip file came from. He spent
time doing all that I explained above with no positive results.
I don't know if this file is on other computers but it wasn't on his so as
of now I'm between a rock and a hard place because I don't know what to do
next.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance,

Have a great day,

Paul Bolduc
