iBeacons are not a mapping service or indoor navigation system. They are just 
little bluetooth tags that iOS7 and later can automatically detect. For 
instance, you might walk by one that lets you know the store you are passing is 
having a sale, or there might be a beacon above a doorway to tell you which 
business is there. Yes, iBeacons can be used for navigation, but someone has to 
set them up that way and then make an app to use them. Look for this kind of 
thing in the near future, but for now there is nothing specific to iBeacons and 
navigation.
