Hi,
Make sure the user is using it with Bluetooth active sync and not
bluetooth serial.
Also make sure within the backspace-G command the receiver is set to use
bluetooth active sync.
Sometimes a reboot of the sense device is in order.

have connected and disconnected all the bluetooth services in the
bluetooth
manager of voice sense, tried active sinc and serial port, but with no
luck.
Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.
