Hello Percy,
Currently we don't offer above 15 MPH for intersection announcements. This
is high on our list of features to add.
We just saw another user report this bug. You should be able to double tap
that button to set the intersection announcements to Never or under 15 MPH.
this was working during the Beta and I guess the last version or so it
stopped working an no one caught the issue before we released it. That at
least will be fixed in the next patch update.
The map button is for low vision users to see a map of where they are
located, and will also show the highlighted route on the map.

Thanks.

Charles, will the Seeing Eye application speak intersections above 15 miles
per hour? If so how do I do it? When I double tapped the button nothing
happens. What is the maps button used for? When it is double tapped nothing
happens on my Iphone 4s for it either. Thanks a trillion!

Percy

Hi Percy,
Well it's not really a mistake, just would be safer to use a different
password for those who are security paranoid ;) What you can do is download
the app on another iPhone, iPad and when you click on "Use Existing
Subscription" click the "Forgot password" Link, this will generate you a new
password that contains letters and numbers and email this new password to
you.

I will add a feature request under the Subscription to change your password,
and email account.
Thanks.

Charles, what do we do if we have already made this mistake?

Hello everyone,
When you save your registration with us, you should not use your iTunes
account and password. It is recommended you use any email address of your
choosing and a unique password for our website. There is always the chance
that our server could get hacked and even though we have encrypted your
password, it's always a good idea to use different passwords in case someone
finds out what your password is and then starts trying other websites with
your same email address/username and password.

Thanks

Charles, I found the live subscription button on page two. Should I use the
Apple password that I used to purchase the Seeing Eye application? Thanks
again!

Hello Les,
If you are using an iPhone 4 or 4S you will need to use the 3 finger swipe
to see page 2of2 on the main settings page, then flick to find the
subscription button at the bottom of the page then double tap it. There is
a Voice Over bug that if a button is only partially on the screen and you
find this button by flicking around the screen and try to double tap it,
that the button will just beep at you and not enter the actually page. So
by swiping with 3 fingers to get the button to show up fully on the screen
the issue goes away and you will be able to double tap it and then find the
"Save Registration" button. If this button doesn't show up on your screen
you can be certain that your subscription is saved with the email address
you provided.

On and iPhone 5, this is not a problem as there is only 1 page on the
settings page so the Subscription button is fully on the screen.

Thanks.

Hello,

Is there a way to confirm that I did indeed properly save what is needed to
transfer purchase info so that I can transfer the SeeingEye app to a new
phone. I went into Settings and under subscriptions I didn't get anything.

Please clarify how this process works.

Leo
