Also, another brand that isn't as widely known as these, but which has had a lot of consistent good behavior as far as their pen drives, SD cards and Compact Flash cards with the Braille Note even when it did not take as many cards and drives as it does now is PNY. They are less expensive, for the most part, than the others are, as well. -----Original Message----- From: gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peggy Kern Sent: Saturday, October 25, 2008 9:59 AM To: gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: Looking for bigger flash cards Thanks, Kevin. I love Newegg. I just wasn't sure what brands, besides Sandisk, work with the BrailleNote, and I didn't want to pay for something I'd have problems returning. So now I'll add Transcend to my list of usable cards. I remember Mike said he was using a 32 gb card. Mike, what brand is it, and where did you get it? Inquiring minds want to know. <grin> Peggy http://kernsac.livejournal.com/ ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kevin Chao" <kevinchao89@xxxxxxxxx> To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, October 25, 2008 12:37 AM Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: Looking for bigger flash cards > > Peggy, > > I would recommend brands, such as SanDisk, Transcend me many other brands. > I would suggest http://www.newegg.com as I have found very good deals.
