Kevin, this is a good pointer.

For folks interested there's also a fair bit of MSP discussion, not just MSS.

Personally, I can't wait to give Mobile Geo a spin. I know there is a lot of
love on this list for the blind specific note taking devices but it's exciting
to see the explosion of options available to us in the off the shelf "consumer"
space now. These new technologies do a lot to remove the price barrier. Get
your self a new Sprint phone, (Mogul possibly), MSP license and you're out the
door, same day for under $600. It's just nice to walk in to a phone store now
and have options in a similar way that we do in the computer side of the house.
Even if Mobile Geo is a few grand (which I suspect it won't be) it's still a
cost saver. Might not be as full functioned and easy to use as Sendero
natively on a BN but there is no need to take out a second either.:) Not to
mention the ease of interoperability with off the shelf devices and the chicks
dig the cool phones. Much more than the screenless, shapeless designs we had
before. Choice and progress are wonderful things, how exciting! Oh and these
are great snippets you forward.

I would suggest that people subscribe to the bblog and PodCast to obtain

The thing that interested me in particular was Roselle's sharing of
information on a product that is in the Alpha phase, which should interest
many on this list--Mobile Geo. This is the name of the GPS product, which is
powered from the Sendero SDK, which si to run on Windows Mobile Devices in
conjuction with Code Factory's products.

This was information that she made public and I am just passing it along for
those who may be interested.

  Thanks,

  Kevin
