Hello:

If you have an iPhone, the app named "Get Off Now" was designed exactly for that purpose. Check out the following link:

Cheers.

The sendero look around app will do this, it's not automatic, you have to shake the phone or select the look around option, but it works quite well.

Hello,
I am not trying to go off topic, but since you are talking about a full GPS for the Iphone, I was wondering if there was a product I could use while traveling in a vehicle like a bus that would tell me the streets or freeway exits as I was approaching them, like Mobile Geo. I am asking because I find this helpful, and it's nice to know you are approaching the intersection you want and be able to ring the bell to get off where you want! As a mobility instructor and blind traveler that is a great feeling of independence. Any help you can give is appreciated.

Best regards,
Adam

You can get pretty close, use navigon or TomTom for the turn by turn directions, and the sendero look around app to find where you are. This may not provide every single feature of the sendero product, but it provides most things, is much cheaper and doesn't lack anything that makes it worth staying on outdated platforms such as windows mobile 6

Ideally, I'd like a GPS solution for my iPhone that is easy to use and

I don't know, considering that the breeze has an older GPS chip set,
the surf star 3 I think, the lack of all map data, and the high price,
there seems little reason to advise anyone to get it. You can do much
better with an iphone or android device at a cheaper price that does

Michael,

The commercial data provided with the Breeze as less than a fourth of what comes on the Sendero GPS products. You can't add additional commercial
POIs.

I believe the Breeze has a mechanism for sharing user points of interest
so
you can use points from other users but that won't be many. I don't know
the
details of how you might use some other public domain points.

Hello everyone,

I have a Trekker Breeze. I was wondering where I can get more POIs
than the ones provided with my Breeze?

Thanks,
Michael
