Hello: My Garmon Glo came today just in time for my trip to Wisconsin. No problem pairing it with my iPhone. Actually the only hard thing was getting the dang device closed after I inserted the battery, lOL. But that's done now. Because sometimes receivers need to adjust, it began by telling me I was in Kansas. After I told it you're not in Kansas anymore, it settled down and headed west to join me. The only way I've found to tell if it's powered on or not is to look at the BT status on the phone. Of course this won't work if something else is also paired like headphones or braille. It turns on pretty easily. Has anyone found a way to deal with this, or any more reliable way to tell if it's on or off. It seems eager to connect, and I'm concerned that the battery will always be dead. It didn't come with a case like my IBlue has. So not sure yet how I'll attach it to myself, but I like that I can put the phone away and only carry this. Less likely to get stolen I imagine. Any thoughts about using this from people who are will be welcome. It gets going very easily though and I'm getting great GPs reception from it. whether it's better than without it, time will tell I'm sure. I know it will help conserve battery life on the phone To change your email settings (unsubscribe, digest only, or vacation mode): http://senderogroup.com/social_media/email.htm Additionally, to unsubscribe send an email to gps-talkusers-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe" in the Subject.
