4. A new custom case for the BrailleNote PK is available. Protect your $5000
investment with a $69 case (or $59 at time of purchase with another item).
Sendero helped with the design so it is ideal for PK use in a variety of
situations including with GPS.
a. For example, the lid of the case closes with two magnets. This lid can be
flipped under the PK for use when walking with it around the neck or over
the shoulder.
b. With these magnetic closures, there is no more Velcro to snag a sweater
or other clothing.
c. The material is soft and pliable but also durable. It has a very elegant
feel to it.
d. There is a zippered pouch in the lid of the case for business cards or
compact flash cards.
e. The convertible shoulder strap makes it easy to switch from a standard
shoulder strap to a short carrying handle. You can also unfasten one end of
the strap should you wish to place the GPS receiver near a window without
detaching it from the shoulder strap.
None of these features are offered on the default case that comes with the
PK.
