[gps-talkusers] O and M evaluation

Well, the paperwork is started and my Rehab Counselor is really excited
about the GPs. but in our state the GPS must come from an O and M, so I am
awaiting one of them, to give me a call to do what they are calling and
Evaluation" whatever that is, smile.
But the process is started.
