I think Dave Hyde's suggestion is an excellent one. I am not necessarily 
partial to warm climates but I do like Spanish speaking places. Although, I 
would have to say I have heard more Spanish spoken in Miami than in Puerto 
Vallarta.

There was a major storm Kim on Monday but we just got strong rain, no damage. 
It actually freshened things up nicely.

Although I had no problems at customs with my Seeing Eye dog, nor here at the 
Villa, I have run into a couple places that have tried to reject us. In both 
cases, my explanations were not heeded so I just walked ahead against their 
protestations. Sure makes one appreciate normal open access.
