Hi,
Lets start with the second question first. If you press b you will see
how far you have walked. space with b, or control B will reset the
pedometer.
Now lets answer the other question.
go to
www.mysendero.com
select the "Free Downloads" link
then select the "North America POIs for v3.5" link.
this will download the user pois. You will need to unzip those files
the same way you unzipped your maps. They need to go on the CF card in
the folder where your maps and pois are located.
