First of all, a reformatting will not get rid of the license. Unless someone
like Mike knows any better, you have to delete the license manually. Go file
manager. Browse files. When it says folder name, space-t. Now, type this as
exact: /..//licenses
Delete everything that is GPS related. If there is something better that I
don't know of, I'm sorry.
