Thanks Mr. John,

Thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to keep the 236 for a back
up. I have ordered the new software and the new M-1000. from Sendero.
I hope it works and it is not the receiver.

Sincerely,

Mickey and Archer the Seeing Eye dog.

Use the JKL reset. The only time you use SDF is when installing new
updates or new software.

Hello Mr. Gill or anyone,

I had a conversation with Gill from Sendero about clearing the many
Bluetooth portals that I have opened on my M-power VT. I have been
having immense trouble in keeping the Holix 236 paired with the VT and
have had to reactivate and pair the receiver many times. He stated that
I may have many portals opened and that I should clear the VT. I am
not sure as to what reset to use. The S-D-F or the J-K-L. I went to
the website and have mixed myself up on the correct reset. Is anyone
out their to straighten me out. Thanks
