I have also tried this, unfortunately it does not work. The only blue tooth 
receivers that will work are ones that Apple approves. This gets back to the 
restrictive nature of IOS, and is the reason I prefer Android as my mobile 
platform. The iblue receiver works with my android phones just fine.
