Hello there!
I had to go to an agency this morning to complete several forms and took the
Seeing Eye GPS on its maiden voyage on my iPad mini.
It got us there absolutely efficiently however something did occur which I
don't know how to treat it.
I was about halfway there when I got the message saying we had lost service and
the route was not able to be calculated.
In less than 10 seconds I got the next turn information, and we arrived almost
30 seconds later.
I am not sure what did happen if the cellular connection simply wasn't there or
just what however I really, really like this app.
It does exactly what it says its going to do.
I had look around turned off judging from what others have said about it, and I
didn't have the wand turned on.
This was a relatively short distance where I was going, and I just checked my
battery and had only used 5% of the charge, this, with the Mini set in a Folio
mini bluetooth keyboard which was on.
This is going to be ever so useful and I like that it plans routes the way the
drivers drive.
A truly marvelous experience.
Thank you again for how you have revolutionized the field of Orientation and
Mobility.
I can't wait to put this up against the voice sense.
