Hi Mike, De Witt & Associates would certainly want to be included. We sometimes hear from customers who have purchased their GPS through someone who is what we think of as a "box and drop" dealer. They can ship product but not necessarily support it. This sometimes happens because the department of rehab simply takes the lowest bid with little regard for the quality of the vendor in terms of support. In order to assist customers in making an informed choice of dealers, Sendero will be establishing a web page of links to dealers and trainers on the BrailleNote GPS. We will provide a certification level for each dealer who agrees to be on the page. It could be that one customer needs the lowest price and they don't care about support. Others would rather pay a bit more and get the support. This page will help with annotations about the GPS vendors and trainers. If you are a dealer or trainer and would like to be considered for inclusion on this new web page, please email me privately. Mike Michael G.
