Hi Keith,
Even Google maps has only the address range 3600 - 3699.
Google added a specific GEO coded address at 3719 specifically for this
sports center which isn't even on Terrace. So until we get geocoded
specific addresses this won't be fixed since it seems like an urban planning
mistake where they put this sports center at this address when the address
range of the street it is on is incorrect. There is a 3719 Sutherland Dr.
Which also is right beside this sports complex, so I am not sure if its some
issue with the city and picking the wrong street for the address or the
address range but in any event it's a mess and seems the only fix is
specific geo coded addresses.
I did report this to TeleAtlas but not sure what can be done.

Using my Voice Sense and Sendero Version 2011 I still cannot go to
3719 Terrace Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 3699 is the
largest numbered Street address I am able to locate. The Petersen
Event Center as well as the Pitt Panthers store is located at 3719
Terrace Street, but I am unable to go to the 3700 block on Terrace
