Check out The my Charge Peak 6000 Rechargeable Power Bank with speech.
You can probably find it on amazon or other online retailers.
Here is an audio demonstration I recorded a while ago.
Note: this does not have a direct lightning port so you'll need to use
your lightning adapter and connect it to the standard USB port on the
bottom of the mycharge.
