My understanding is that Nearby Explorer does not work in .1. It does work in
iOS 13.0. I spoke with a technical support agent, and she said that they knew
about this several weeks ago. They say that it is an issue with Apple. I
honestly don’t know more than that, but I would like to find out. The person
that I spoke with on the phone did not sound like they were at the top of the
decision-making chain on this issue. I honestly don’t more than that, but I
would like to find out. She suggested that we all give feedback to Apple about
this. Does anyone have any suggestions on tactics to quickly escalate this
issue? I honestly don't know of another app that compares to the consistent
quality that Nearby provides.

Hi,
I just upgraded my iPhone to IOS 13.1.1, and noticed that only Nearby Explorer
online, not the full version, is in the App Store. Is the full subscription
version no longer available? Will it at some point be compatible with IOS 13,
or should I downgrade to IOS 12.4.1? With the online version, some of the
features, such as searching by cities, are disabled, so hopefully the full
version will be available at some point.
