Cheree Heppe here:

I have a non-factory issued PK case obtained from Executive products. I think
the two holes in front were included based on a possible early hardware design
that was not implemented. One of the round front holes in the Executive
Products case does access a button that can allow a PK user to make memos. I
never use it.

The slot for the CF Card is covered when the Executive Products case is closed.
If you have an adroit leather worker in your area, that small slot can be made
to be open, even when the case flap is closed. I chose not to do this, as it
rains a lot where I live and I wanted the waterproof cover of the case.

Subject: [gps-talkusers] The Special Case for the PK

  Hello Sendero GPS Listers:

We just got a new Braille Note PK with the specially designed case.

There seems to be some question as to how the PK fits into the new case.

If you put the PK into the case with the card slot facing the opening there
are then two small holes in the front of the case.

If the PK is fitted into the case the other way then the card slot would not
be exposed when the case is closed.

I am curious as to the reason for the two holes.

The PK looks very nice in its new case.

I just would not want it to have its shirt on backwards <smile>

Thanks to Charles and everyone involved for the new 5.0 release.
