Hi Mary Ellen,
I would try some other browser, sounds like you have a corrupt file
and that it is now cached so downloading it again just keeps the same
corrupt file.
Try any of the following.
1. clear your internet cache.
2. Find and delete the old install package off your computer
3. Use a different browser than what you are using, (Firefox is a
free browser which may help.
4. Have someone else get the file and email it to you.
Also remember to do a 123 reset before installing (If you don't do a
123 reset you may have a file in use message when you try to install.

Am having basically the same problems Peggy Kearn had except that I
have downloaded and reloaded the thing about 6 times. I keep getting
the message that not enough storage is available and I have done
the following to rectify that. 1. removed the my games folder from my pk.
2. moved all contents from the general folder on to a flash card.
3. removed all contents from the my memmos folder.
Now what else should I be doing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
