It depends on when George did it. The app has had some major UI revisions sense I started using it in 2011. I created my account on a computer in a hotel room in a different city so can't comment on account creation from the app in any revision. As we all know accessibility on mainstream apps can be a hit and miss sometimes. One day it works and the next day something may brake after an update. When I used the app the other day I could not submit my payment as I couldn't hit the submit button. I have never experienced an issue with submitting a payment before Friday, but, there were updates sense I used the app last.
