Yes,
When you record a user POI, you have the choice of recording a basic
description, a text description or an audio file.

Hi all. I can't remember, but does Sendero gps for the note takers allow a
person to record a voice tag rather than typing in a destination that's not
on a map? Like, a campus building or your home, for example. This would be a
nice feature to implement if it's not already there. Press a keystroke and
automatically create the location as a user poi as well as adding a voice
tag.
