In addition to Kevin's suggestions, I recommend growing the fingernail long on your little finger. It works great for pressing the reset. You certainly should not have to be resetting frequently if you have a relatively upt to date BrailleNote with up to date software.Mike At 03:22 AM 10/25/2008, you wrote:Thanks Kevin and all.I have a BrailleNote MPower and the Sendero GPS software but the thing constantly has to be reset. The Mobile Geo product will run on Windows Mobile Smartphones, Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Windows Mobile PDAs; GW Sense Navigation will run on the Braille Sense, Voice Sense and Braille Sense Plus; the Sendero GPS will run on the Braille/VoiceNote mPowers and PK. Basically, this means that the meat of the products are the same but there are different names with slightely different features and behaviors for different products.
