[gps-talkusers] Why buy a GPS for the blind?

I hav a meeting with Voc Rehab on Tuesday and I'm trying to write a letter on
why a GPS would be helpful.
Any idea on how to start?

The following is a lis of why a GPS for the blind would be helpful.
1. a GPS for the blind can give information that a blind person can't get
without visual.
2. Such as a name of a street one is on. What is around such a stores.
