I would advise against using a laptop if you intend to travel much. There are far smaller GPS devices out there.

My subject line pretty much says it all. I have a holux m1000 gps receiver
and a laptop with bluetooth. Is there an application for the laptop which is
accessible which can get useful information from the receiver? Thanks for
